Active in real estate in Southwestern Michigan since 2009, Bill has helped with the purchase and sale of homes, lots, investment properties, and condos. His experience also includes working with a family owned company, started in the 1980’s, that owns and manages rental properties in the area.

Bill was born in St. Joseph and graduated from Lakeshore High School. Before starting his real estate career here in SW Michigan, Bill lived in California for 23 years, returning to the area in 2007 for family reasons.

He is retired from the University of California and also co-owned a business with his wife of 27 years in coastal central California.

Bill and his wife Leslie navigated the California real estate markets in several communities and have first-hand experience with the anxieties, highs, and lows of real estate.
