Carl Kaminski
Named 2008 REALTOR of the Year by the Southwestern Michigan Association of REALTORS (SWMAR), Carl is currently serving a second two year term as District 6 Director to the Michigan Association of REALTORS (MAR).
An Associate Broker with Pier Realty in St. Joseph, Michigan, Carl has been licensed since 1993. He received the GRI designation in 1996 and became an Associate Broker with Prudential Red Arrow Realty that year.
In addition to sales experience with Prudential Red Arrow Realty, Carl was responsible for training new agents from 1994 through 2008.
Active with SWMAR, MAR, and the Southwestern Michigan Regional Information Center (SWMRIC), Carl has held the following posts:
- SWMAR, past Treasurer and President
- SWMAR, past Chair of the Public Relations Committee
- SWMAR, past Chair of the Finance Committee
- SWMRIC, past Board Manager representing SWMAR
- SWMRIC, past member of the SWMRIC Standard Forms Committee
- MAR, currently District 6 Director.
Other awards include The President’s Cup and The Educational Achievement Award from SWMAR.
